70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. a 15ha property on gravel with a iron rich subsoil. There's a density to this wine, packed with cassis notes. Combined with a savoury spiced character that meets you on the nose and leads through to the palate. The palate is quite structured with fresh lively acidity. All the components are there, young and needing to come together which will happen with time."
