Glengarry ReviewThis cuvee was created in 1987, crafted from three plots that are designated for Carillon. Not a second wine from Angelus, rather it's own entity. From 2019 this wine, (along with the Grand Vin) this has been vinified in the new winery, with a focus on gravity and gentle handling. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. A spicy energetic wine with crunchy acidity, well balanced. Fine and elegant with a delicious approachable finish.
