Licorice and crushed stones with salt and licorice. Full-bodied, tight and focused with chewy tannins. Tile, too.

Glengarry Review

The 2017 Tourelles is very true to style and this year makes up 20% of the production of the estate, lower than the norm, due to a tighter selection criteria and frost damage. 55% Merlot, 27% Cabernet, 13% Cabernet Franc the balance Petit Verdot. Tourelles all comes off one site that is situated very close to Haut Batailly. Black fruits dominate the ripe heady nose. A spicy wine with bold tannins, very firm Pauillac, a great wine.
