Vinous 88-90The 2021 Peymouton (part of the JP Moueix portfolio) has an attractive raspberry and wild strawberry nose, the Cabernet component imparting light pencil box scents. The palate is medium-bodied with fine, grainy tannins, and lightly spiced, revealing a tang of black pepper toward the finely proportioned finish. Worth seeking out. Neal Martin
