Decanter 93Jane Anson- - Velvet ruby in colour, intense and concentrated, as is on brand for this estate, with careful extraction keeping things in line. Clear reduction right now, but as it opens you get creamy fruit, edges of fresh mushroom, and a welcome bitter mint-chocolate finish. Vincent Cruège technical director, Silvio Denz owner. A juicy and nicely chewy young red with crushed stone and salt, with black berry and blueberry character. Medium-bodied with excellent tannins and a persistent finish. Crunchy. 70% merlot, 25% cabernet franc and 5% cabernet sauvignon.
