The Wine Advocate 89-91Exhibiting aromas of dark berries, plums, petals and burning embers, the 2022 Pibran is medium to full-bodied, taut and lively, with bright acids and a chalky finish. It should flesh out nicely with further élevage.

Clear and structured Pibran with blackcurrants, dark cherries and orange peel aromas and flavors. Medium body. Firm finish. 55% merlot and 45% cabernet sauvignon.

Jane Anson- 91 - Shows the impact of the heat in its fig and damson fruits, shot through with turmeric and black pepper spice, with pulses of mint chocolate and pomegranate adding lift. It's a big muscular wine, but good quality. 35hl/h yield. 40% new oak.
